Julie said that we need to make sure that when we are selling ponies that we need to let new owners that their ponies have been entered and try to promote these classes as the numbers this year were very disappointing

Di was very happy with the last show as there were 19 ponies entered and a profit of $206.99 which is great

Jodie was happy with enters and made a profit and was lucky to have a wonderful variety of trophies on the day

6.4 Geelong – B. Coles

Bronia has been able to book the cattle green at Geelong showgrounds for the 2nd November and this show will be called the Geelong Pocket Ponies Show and we are all really grateful for Julie for being the major sponsor

Barastoc Show – 7th Feb 2026 at Werribee – M. Stringer to book Grounds

7.2 Judges to be booked for Gippsland, Westernport and Double Show – M. Krick

Judges to be booked for Geelong, Championship, Northern and Barastoc – S. Foss

7.3 Programs for Promotional Groups show are to be all run the same format starting 8.30am M. Stringer to put together the programs and add in AMPS foal classes and move the AMPS junior sections together and the same for the Appendix Junior section. M. Stringer will send the proof programs out to the Promotional Co – Ordinator’s before next meeting

7.4 M. Stringer has said she is happy to help run the shows by order ribbons, and receive all the show entries along with the help of other committee members

7.5 All Promotional Co-Ordinators need to be able to set up and back up their own shows making sure that they have water and snacks on hand for the judges
