5.1 State Delegate – M. Stringer – Very happy with the overall show season this year and as this year I did all the enters I thought I should let all the co – Ordinator’s know how their show went
12th October 2025 Gippsland Show, Judge Sandy Legget said that the day was wonderful and she really loves judging the miniature ponies as we are such a lovely group and our ponies are truly beautiful, 23 ponies entered and Profit of $227.65
2nd November 2025 Geelong Pocket Pony Summer Show Judge Sue Lowther said we were such a great group of people and loved judging all our wonderful ponies, 27 ponies entered and profit of $424.41
30th November Goldfields Show, Judge Kelly Taylor loved the turnout of ponies and as always, she loves how we are all such a great friendly group, 27 Ponies entered Profit of $471.65
18th January 2026 Double Show, Judge Elaine Hartel and Kim Simpson it is always a pleasure to judge the minis, 29 Ponies entered and Profit of $325.50
7th February 2026 Barastoc Judges Drew McKinley & Zander McGuire felt sad that the number were so low but the overall quality of the ponies on the day were outstanding, 18 Ponies entered Loss of $118.49
8th of February 2026 Championship Show, Judge Lisa Schwarze, always a pleasure to judge the Miniature ponies as all competitors were all so friendly and the quality of the ponies were remarkable which made her job so much harder, 27 Ponies entered and Profit of $464.41
22nd February 2026 Westernport Show, Judge Mel O’Hea, couldn’t believe how fun and friendly it was and ponies were fantastic, 20 ponies entered and a loss of $40.35
We should be very proud of our little group as every Judge has all said the same about how well it is organized and what a great group, we are so again I would like to thank everyone who help put the show together as it has paid off
5.2. Treasurer – M. Miller said the overall on the statement Vic Group has made a profit of $516.81 which is great to hear
5.3 Facebook – J. Spiteri – said that there is nothing new for Facebook as we are not using it much and she only posts on there what M. Stringer tells her to do
5.4 Judges Co-ordinator – West - S. Foss & East – D, Miljkovic
S. Foss said that she was happy that all the judges that she organized showed up which was a great relief. Once we set all our show dates then I will start to find the judges for those shows
D. Miljkovic said no report but will start thinking about new judges for next show season but for now it is the quite time
5.5 Futurity / Maturity Co-ordinator – J. Spiteri – Very disappointed in the numbers this year and really wants to encourage members to enter these classes for next year

6.1 Westernport – D. Miljkovic - Westernport show was really good as it was on the main area and has asked if we can try and get this again for next year also

6.4 Geelong – B. Coles – Was happy with the show but she still hasn’t received a tax invoice for the ground for her show in November, she will follow this up by next meeting and is also thinking about having a 2ndshow in 2027

7.2 D. Miljkovic has said that she will find out more about the costing for a ring at the Caribbean Gardens and at Kyral Castle as they are events that we may to able to join into to promote AMPS
7.3 C. Foss has said suggested to hold a clinic on how to prepare and present the ponies and handler prestation with tips and pointers and then run a mock show after the clinic and also suggest on having a BBQ lunch this couple be done off season we could charge a small fee. M. Stringer suggested for C. Foss to get prices on venues etc. and bring to the next meeting
7.4 W. Way suggested that we hold a Special Needs Class for those children that need support in the rings. M.Stringer said that there are a lot of children in our society with special needs and they do not want to have separate classes and as we are an all-inclusive society we need to make sure we are not being discriminative. A lot of discussion went on about the subject with a few committee member not agreeing with having separate classes as their children do not like to be segregated due to their special needs M.Stringer said that we could trail one class called Assistance Class which would be for any member that needs assistance in handling their ponies Child or Adult but this would mean if they entered into it that class that they would not be eligible for any other led class and this would not be a high point class. The Committee felt that there needs to be more information provided before a class could be added. W. Way said that he will find out what other showing groups do and email M. Stringer their rules and regs

These cards are now available you just need to download the High Point application forms from the National Website

once applications have been received, Chris will then send out your high point cards
You can begin earning your points as of 1 September 2025
